Weapon Creation

Weapons work like Summons except with different guidelines per rank.

E rank= Standard ninja tool or weapon. if disposable multiple may count as one E ranked weapon based on size.

D rank= Top of the line or custom ninja tool or weapon. May be more durable than average or designed specifically for the user with an enhanced quality.

C rank=Weapon or tool may be imbued with chakra, be designed to allow or empower certain jutsu, be designed to aid resistance of certain jutsu (like an element or visual triggered genjutsu), or provide a stat boost of +1 at the cost of a C-rank chakra drain every 3 posts.

B Rank= Weapon or tool may be imbued with a lot of chakra, be designed to allow or empower certain jutsu, be designed to aid resistance of certain jutsu (like an element, style, genjutsu), or provide a stat boost of +2 at the cost of a B-rank chakra drain every 4 posts.

A Rank=Weapon or tool may be imbued with jounin level of chakra, be designed to allow or empower unique styles, be designed to aid resistance of certain jutsu (Global defense boost against an entire field such as ninjutsu, genjutsu, ect.), or provide a stat boost of +3 at the cost of a B-rank chakra drain every 2 posts.

S Rank=Weapon or tool may be imbued with a kage level of chakra, be designed to allow or empower unique styles, be designed to aid resistance of certain jutsu (Adequate defense against an entire field such as ninjutsu, genjutsu, ect. that's B rank or lower), or provide a stat boost of +5 at the cost of a A-rank chakra drain every 2 posts. (Two options may be taken at the cost of an S rank drain every 5 posts.)

SS Rank(admin permission only)= Weapon or Tool that possesses obscene amounts of power. Can only be wielded by the highest caliber Shinobi.
