Personal history: Rukia was born with a special type of ninjutsu, one that can manipulate crystals, specifically Garnet. She became Genin at age 10 in a academy class of 10 people. Not only did she become Chunin at age 14, but she won the tournament in dominant fashion. By this time, people caught on to her abilities and wanted to capture her and use it as their own. Out of all of the attempts, he was only kidnapped once, but the kidnapper was a complete idiot and didn't tie her up well enough and he escaped when the kidnapped stopped for a pee break. She became Jonin at 23, and three years later she became the village leader after her father retired.
