So i've determined that since a lot of the older rpers have fallen off, we need to draw new naruto fans in. So ive decided to create and ask you to create scoopable characters so new players can try out rping without first making a character. As incentive for doing this all approved scoops will award 250 eexp to the creator. only genin will be free claims so focus on them for now, thanks guys.
